What works over video — and what doesn't
We'd rather lose a booking than pretend everything translates to a screen. Video sessions are excellent for movement assessment, progressive exercise rehab, posture retraining, load management and pain education. They cannot deliver manual therapy, dry needling, cupping or electrotherapy — if your assessment shows you need hands-on care, we say so in the first session and help you find it locally. Can I do online physiotherapy sessions in Hindi from Dubai?
Yes — sessions run in Hindi, English, or the usual mix. For many of our UAE patients this is the deciding factor: describing exactly where a pain travels is hard enough in your first language.
How does the time difference between the UAE and India work for sessions?
It barely exists — India is just 1.5 hours ahead. Any reasonable UAE hour maps to our clinic day. Friday–Saturday UAE weekends are also covered, since our clinic runs Monday to Saturday.
Will UAE insurance (Daman, ADNIC, AXA) cover these sessions?
No — UAE insurers cover DHA/DoH-licensed providers inside the UAE. Our video consultations are a private international service. That said, the out-of-pocket cost of a month of weekly sessions with us is typically less than a single Dubai clinic visit, which is why most patients don't bother with the insurance route.
My parents are in India and I'm in Dubai — can you treat them and keep me informed?
